Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Maddox Healthcare Law is committed to making maddoxhealthcarelaw.com accessible to people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are working toward this target and do not claim that every part of the website fully conforms at this time.

Accessibility improvements

Our September 2026 accessibility review included automated scans and manual checks. Recent updates improved text and button contrast, form labels and field grouping, heading structure, link names, and phone links. We also removed duplicate content and unnecessary title attributes. We are continuing to review remaining findings and address accessibility barriers.

Optional accessibility toolbar

We provide the UserWay accessibility toolbar as a supplementary tool for user-adjustable display preferences. You can open it using the accessibility icon in the corner of the page. The toolbar supports, but does not replace, improvements to the website itself or accessibility testing.

Known limitations

Some accessibility issues remain under review, including contrast and form-related findings. Third-party embedded services, such as Google reCAPTCHA, may also present barriers. We have checked the reCAPTCHA checkbox, but have not completed verification of its audio challenge and no-JavaScript fallback. If an embedded service prevents you from using the site, please contact us directly for assistance.
